CallCentreVoice is an independent call centre discussion community.
We created our friendly community in early 2001 as a useful resource to help call centre
professionals make their call centres better, more efficient places.
How you can benefit
It's not always easy finding out the best way to achieve results within our industry. By
networking with thousands of other members around the world, you will benefit by being part
of a large and friendly community who share similar interests, goals and experiences. The
power of communication and collaboration means that you will never be alone!
How to get involved
Membership is available on several levels, with a free membership being all that is needed
to start benefitting from our worldwide community. Premium-level memberships are available
which offer extra services for a nominal fee. These extra services include inclusive entry in

The community model
We designed our site to be easy to use, highly interactive and flexible. Our site is
based around a question-and-answer model, which we find to be the best way to collect
and store the kind of everyday knowledge and information that will act as a reference
for our members.
Of course, because our community has grown over the years, we've tried to make it as easy
as possible for our members to find their way around. That's why we've provided different ways
of viewing the discussions such as by latest posts, topic,
forum and so on. We even let you view our most popular topics.
All of this was made possible by designing our own community software from scratch, which is another reason
why we're better than your normal call centre site!
