Like many of you, I have just joined this site and it's good to see so many people taking the time to contact each other.
I am based in Buckingham (which is a lovely area if you ever visit the UK) and have been in the customer research business for about for about 12 years. My company has been involved with Call / Contact Centres (or is that 'Centers'?) for about 7 years now, tracking customer satisfaction, agent performance, training requirements, etc.
I realise from all the posts I am reading in the forums that, although we all think we know plenty, it's still good to talk.....
