We use Impact 360 so the general workings should be the same. We have the automated processing set-up and working with the filing rules.
While I'm on the subject, how have people adapted to the lack of any intraday checking on already published schedules (assuming a schedule is fixed at this point or fixed hours in the first place)? I'd be interested to know as this is one challenge we are still grapling with. We've tried using sub organisations and splitting people but as we now move to a more flexible working pattern culture I probably need a bit of a rethink and would welcome any other experiences. |
