suddenly change of Holiday factor   [13/8/2008 10:28:18]

We have created the forecast & schedule for the coming week without any holiday factor, suddenly the third day Of that week, we know that there is an IPO of new Company on fourth day.
On fourth day many of our agents having off, there will be a number of calls on fourth day because of unknown IPO.

1.How we can handle the number of extra calls.

2. How we can add a holiday factor for IPO on the official schedule without spoiling our official schedule for that week.

3. Is there any way that with out adding a factor we can adjust our official schedule.
