Testing IVR  [17/2/2009 23:31:22]

We have several IVR systems which prospective jurors, recipients of traffic citations and other customers of the court call to receive automated information and scheduling options.

I need a solution (whether product or service) to monitor and/or periodically test an IVR to ensure that it is at least answering calls.

There's a product called Radcom QPro that it looks like you could schedule test calls through. Sorry I have no actual experience with it. Hopefully someone else has real life experience with it or another solution.
